Certain changes are also related to eating during pregnancy. There are principles of what not to eat during pregnancy, but on the contrary, there are also many myths that unnecessarily restrict women and cause confusion in their eating habits. Of course, there are inappropriate foods that need to be excluded from the diet, but in many cases it is true - everything in moderation.

It should be noted that pregnancy is not a disease that requires specific diets or a radical change in diet. The tastes of pregnant women are very diverse, and the desire for spicy or spicy foods is one of the things that tempts women regularly. In general, for example, it is not recommended to eat spicy foods during pregnancy, mainly for reasons of prevention. The same applies to fried, fatty or aromatic-spicy foods. This applies primarily because in women, given their more sensitive digestion, they can cause indigestion or cause heartburn.

Spicy food itself does not harm the future mother or baby. If after eating spicy food, chili or pungent food, you find that your stomach does not react well to such food, simply leave it out of the menu. If women are worried that they once ate very spicy food, doctors clearly say that there is no reason to worry. Spicy food even at a late stage of pregnancy after the 34th week cannot cause premature birth, as some sources state. Pregnant women themselves speak from their own experience about eating spicy foods during pregnancy, while such foods did not harm them in any way and did not cause any problems.
